Order confirmation is the last step in the purchase process and we recommend that you save it.

The shipment is accompanied by an invoice per email, which also serves as your warranty certificate and must be presented for any exchange, return or complaint.

Please note that we do not guarantee shipping and delivery of goods and take no responsibility if goods are sold out, out of stock or our system has mistakenly oversold the goods. We reserve the right for any errors.


When paying by credit card, you are protected against abuse. You have the option of rejecting payment when you receive your account statement. You are not entitled to a deduction in the event that your card is misused in an internet shop that uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) for payment.

The data you submit in connection with purchases paid by credit card is encrypted (SSL) and only PBS can read it. Neither we nor others have the opportunity to read the data.

Payment for goods is only deducted when the goods are sent. An amount greater than what you have approved at the time of purchase can never be deducted.

You are responsible for the goods once they are delivered to you.

Packages that are not picked up or refused to be received will be charged for return freight and handling fees, which will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Shipments are always sent as parcels so that the goods can be tracked if there are problems with the delivery. The following delivery times can be expected:

1-3 days delivery time
Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium & Poland

2-4 days delivery time
Austria, France, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania & Switzerland

4-6 days delivery time
Ireland, Italy, Portugal, Spain & UK

6-8 days delivery time
All other countries


At VER de TERRE, we support a better future. Therefore, we have chosen not to include a return form, as we only experience few returns of the packages we send, whereby the majority of the included forms are wasted.

When a product is returned, this can only be done if the product is returned in the same condition as when you received it. You must pay for shipping yourself when you return the product and return it within 14 days of receiving it.

Please just include a note in the package with your full name, address and delivery number and we will figure out the rest. You will find the delivery number here on your invoice:

Please note that returning goods must be delivered to the address within normal opening hours, as they will NOT be picked up in the parcel shop.

It may take up to 14 days to receive and complete your return after you have sent it.

Please be sure to save your receipt and tracking number in the meantime as you are responsible for the return until it reaches us.


According to the law, there is a 24-month warranty on all products. Warranty means that you as a customer can complain about defects in the product that have occurred up to 24 months after purchase. However, it is a prerequisite that these defects are not due to your incorrect use of the product or other harmful behavior that has led to the defect. You must claim within a reasonable time after you find the defect. If you advertise within 2 months, it is always considered timely. We will refund reasonable shipping costs you may incur in connection with returning the product when the claim is justified.

All complaints must be assessed by us.

We need the following information per email:

  • Name, address, phone and email
  • Batch and style number (found on the washing instructions), color and size
  • Copy of invoice
  • Photo documentation of the complaint
