At VER de TERRE, we support a better future. Therefore, we have chosen not to include a return form, as we only experience few returns of the packages we send, whereby the majority of the included forms are wasted.

When a product is returned, this can only be done if the product is returned in the same condition as when you received it. You must pay for shipping yourself when you return the product and return it within 14 days of receiving it. You choose which company you want to use to send the package. The package must only be delivered within normal opening hours.

Please just include a note in the package with your full name, address and delivery number and we will figure out the rest. You will find the delivery number here on your invoice:

Please note that returning goods must be delivered to the address within normal opening hours, as they will NOT be picked up in the parcel shop or can be left outside the address at night.
